Total Control Series 2

Submissions are happening for Series 2 of Total Control, with filming set to commence in Sydney, Canberra and regional Queensland soon. The original series aired on ABC TV in October 2019 and was loved by critics and audiences alike and featured over 60 MCTV members. The storyline followed political newcomer Alex Irving (Deborah Mailman) who engineered remarkable coup, unseating the Prime Minister and the woman who betrayed her, Rachel Anderson (Rachel Griffiths). Series 2 is set to focus on the ultimate test in a democratic system: the nation is going to the polls and Alex (Mailman) will have to face the judgement of the people.
